Every product is guaranteed.

If any product is damaged within the 6-month guarantee period, we replace it free of cost.

Standards vary by part. These are the controls stated across our range.

Material grades: Declared per product: C45, C40, C16, 16MnCr5, ST52 / ST52.3, EN52, EN59, EV8, EV12, grey and alloyed cast iron, copper lead, gun metal and brass.
Precision: Linkage pins and ends machined to tolerances within microns. Synchronizer rings controlled for taper I.D., tooth pitch, tensile strength and hardness.
Heat treatment: Wear parts such as pins, ball ends and linch pins are heat treated for durability.
Surface protection: Trivalent zinc plating or quality RPO oil coating for long-term corrosion protection.
Engine parts inspection: Cylinder liners undergo material and microstructure analysis, random honing, tensile and roughness checks, and 100% dimensional, visual and crack inspection.
To specification: Gears, shafts, bushes, bearings and yokes are produced to customer and OE specifications.

If you’re not satisfied because of a fitment or dimension problem, return the item to G.A.P IMPEX within 15 days of receipt.
Returned products must be in brand-new condition, with all original packing materials and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts and blank warranty cards.
Refunds are issued within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
